QHL3对α-葡萄糖苷酶活力影响及降糖机理研究
Effects of the QHL3(SP) on α-glucosidase and it′s Lowering Blood-glucose Mechanism
【摘要】 QHL3(全蚕粉)浸提物影响α-葡萄糖苷酶活力实验及大鼠麦芽糖耐量测试结果表明,QHL3浸提物对α-葡萄糖苷酶具有明显抑制作用,抑制率为46.33%;QHL3还能降低高血糖大鼠血糖值或延缓大鼠血糖峰值出现时间。其降糖机理主要是通过抑制大鼠体内小肠粘膜上α-葡萄糖苷酶活性、降低或延缓麦芽糖被分解的速度来实现的。
【Abstract】 The effects of the QHL3(SP) extracts on αglucosidase activity and oral malmose tolerance text(OMTT) were carried out in laboratory. The results showed that QHL3(SP) extracts possessed obvious inhibiting effect to αglucosidase activity, ratio was 46.33%. The extracts can also lower the blood glucose level and delay time of the blood glucose peak value for high blood glucose rat by maltose. It explains Mechanism of QHL3(SP) is maily realized by inhibiting activity of αglucosidase in small intestine mucosa of rat, lowered or put off rate of maltose resolved.
