【Abstract】 Study four kinds of broken kernal enzymes including cellulase,vicozyme,complex enzyme(powder,water aqua) effect on rice bran protein extracting ratio.The result is that cellulase may get high extracting ratio,and optimum amount of singly using cellulase is 2%,complex enzyme(powder) is 1%,the result of singly using cellulase is better than complex enzyme.更多还原
