四种提取柑皮中黄酮物质的方法比较

【摘要】 通过蒸馏水、丙酮、乙酸乙脂、乙醇溶液4种方法从柑皮提取黄酮化合物,比较其提取物的提取率认为,70%乙醇溶液提取法是比较好的方法。

【Abstract】 The article introduced four different ways to extract flavone from orange skin. They are distilled water extraction, acetone extraction, ethyl acetate extraction, and 70% alcohol extraction. By comparing of the different ways it is found that the 70% alcohol extraction is a better way.
