香叶组培快速繁殖的研究

【摘要】 以香叶天竺葵1年生茎段为外植体建立无菌苗,用无菌嫩茎、嫩叶在MS基本培养基附加低浓度的细胞分裂素和生长素上诱导愈伤组织,经过分化和增殖培养获得无根苗,在含有较低无机盐浓度和生长素水平的生根培养基上使其生根,生根率高达100%。试管苗移栽到河沙与腐殖质混合的基质中,成活率达95%以上。

【Abstract】 One year stem section was used as explants to established shoots. Sterile shoots and leaves were used to induce callus basing on MS basic medium containing low levels of a cytokinin and an auxin. Following shoot differentiation and proliferation on the callus, the microshoots were rooted in low salt media containing low level of an auxin. 100% rooting ratio was obtained. Rooted plants were transplanted into pots containing a mixture of sand and humus. Over 95% plants survived the transfer.
