青海东部主要造林树种的水分生理研究
Studies on Water Physiology of Main Afforestation Tree in East Qinghai
【摘要】 通过对青海东部干旱区的油松、柠条、青杨、河北杨、柽柳、山杏、沙棘7种主要造林树种的10个水分生理指标的测定分析,利用SAS软件对10个指标进行了主成分分析,并对7个树种进行了聚类与抗旱能力的综合排序。结果表明,10个水分生理指标可分为3类:(1)水分存在状态因子,包括蒸腾速率、自由水量、束缚水量、束/自比值和遗留水量;(2)水分含量因子,包括组织含水量、水势及恒重时间;(3)水分亏缺因子,包括相对含水量和水分饱和亏缺。7种树种可以分为3类:河北杨、青杨、山杏、沙棘;柽柳、柠条;油松,它们的抗旱性顺序由强到弱依次为:油松、柽柳、柠条、沙棘、山杏、河北杨、青杨。
【Abstract】 Ten water physiological indexes of seven main afforestation trees: Pinus tabulaeformis, Caragana microphylla, Populus cathayana, P. hopeiensis, Tamarix chinensis, Armeniaca sibirica, Hippophae rhamnoides grown in arid region of east Qinghai, were measured and analyzed in this paper. Principal component analysis on the ten water physiological indexes, cluster analysis and integrated drought resistance sort on the seven trees were made by using SAS software. The results indicated that ten water physiological indexes can be divided into three kinds:(1) water state factors (transpiration rate, free water content, bound water content, ratio of bound water and free water, reserved water content), (2) water content factors (tissue water content, water potential and time to constant weight), (3) water deficit factors (relative water content, water saturation deficit). The seven tree species can be divided into three categories: Populus hopeiensis, P. cathayana, Armeniaca sibirica, Hippophae rhamnoides; Tamarix chinensis, Caragana microphylla;Pinus tabulaeformis. Their droughtresistance abilities are:Pinus tabulaeformis>Tamarix chinensis>Caragana microphylla>Hippophae rhamnoides>Armeniaca sibirica >Populus hopeiensis>P. cathayana. The results provide some theoretical evidences for the selection of suitable tree species for afforestation in this region.
