【摘要】 产权制度改革是国家经济体制改革的主要目标 ,是国有大中型施工企业生存发展的需要 .国有大中型施工企业背负沉重的历史包袱 ,进行股份制改革困难重重 ,因此可以根据情况采取全企业全面改制或通过局部的改革试点来推进主权制度改革 .股份制改造的重点是合理确定改制企业的股本结构 ,股东应由国家、职工、社会公众组成 ,真正体现投资主体多元化股份制企业的特征更多还原

【Abstract】 Property right system reform has become the main target of national economic system reform and is the requirement fox existence of state-owned large and medium-sized construction enterprises in China. It it considerably difficult for these enterprises to conduct reform of joint-stock system due to their historical burden. Hence, the property right system reform may be promoted by conducting the partial reform demonstration in the enterprises. The emphasis may be put on rational stock structure and the stockholders may consist of the government, employees and the social stocks, which is characterized by multi-stock system.更多还原
