【摘要】 通过对西安市大气环境质量监测数据和西安市燃料变化的调查结果 :即 1 996～ 2 0 0 0年 ,二氧化硫、氮氧化物、总悬浮物的年均浓度和月均浓度的变化与分布、机动车数量和用煤量的增减量 ,在城市各功能区大气环境中污染物浓度变化的比较 ,分析了西安市大气环境发生变化的原因和趋势 ,论证了西安市煤改气工程对城市大气环境的改善作用 ,为该工程今后的推广与发展 ,得到了可靠的实践依据 .更多还原

【Abstract】 Through investigating the monitor data of Xi’an atmosphere environmental quality and the change of fuel,namely the variety and the distribute of the average concentration in a year and in a month of SO 2,NO x,TSP,the variety on the quantity of mobile car and on the dosage of coal,also the comparison of variety of the pollutant concentration in the atmosphere environment in each urban function region from 1990 to 2000,this paper analyzes the reason and tendency of change of Xi’an atmosphere environment and ascertains the function of changing fuel from coal into natural gas.Finally,the reliably practical basis for popularizing and progressing the project is made.更多还原
