钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构裂缝分析与预防

【摘要】 目前高层建筑大部分采用钢筋混凝土剪力墙或筒体结构 ,而且大多用泵送混凝土浇筑 .大量的工程实例表明 ,剪力墙上出现裂缝的现象比较普遍 ,已经成为一种质量通病 .以某单位1 4号高层建筑 (全剪力墙结构 )为例 ,通过计算和调查 ,分析了用泵送混凝土浇筑的剪力墙产生裂缝的原因 ,从而提出了相应的预防措施 ,在随后的工程中加以应用 ,取得了良好效果 .

【Abstract】 At present,most high rise buildings are constructed of reinforced concrete shear wall or cylinder,and the most are poured by pumping concrete.It is proved from many engineering instances that cracks which appears in shear wall are comparatively common,that already become to be the common quality fault.Through calculating and investigation,the reason that cracks appear in the shear wall which is poured by pumping concrete is analyzed by an example to construct No.14 high rise building of a unit.Consequently,the correspondence measure to prevent the cracks is put forward.The relevant measures are presented during the subsequent construction and gotten an good effect.
