【摘要】 围绕华标广场的创作实践 ,从小区的总体布局、配套设施、交通系统、绿化系统、住宅户型设计、立面造型设计、技术设计几方面出发 ,通过结合周围环境 ,充分发挥绿化系统的三大功能 ,综合考虑对环境的声光热等物理因素的控制、减少能耗、节约水资源、讲求自然通风、提高居室空气质量以及对生活垃圾等废弃物进行集中收集和分类处理等设计手段 ,探索以人为本的理想人居环境的设计方法更多还原

【Abstract】 By introducing the design of Huabiao Plaza,and during the design procession,the architects based their design over a comprehensive consideration of the project’s overall layout,attached facilities,transportation system,greenery system,resident unit design,facade design,and technical design.By coordination with the surrounding environment and fully utilize the greenery system’s three function,a human oriented desinging method is explored in this project with the architects’ synthetic consideration of many co related factors.These factors include the controlling of physical environment ,energy saving,water saving,nature ventilation,interior air quality improving,domestic garbage collection and sorted treatment,and so on.更多还原
