【摘要】 目的 :对兰州军区不同等级医疗单位进行用药调研 ,评估各级医疗单位合理用药状况 ,为药政管理提供决策依据。方法 :采用世界卫生组织合理用药国际网络编写的医疗单位用药调查方法 ,每个医疗单位随机跟踪调研 50～ 1 0 0例病人 ,将药疗信息填入自制的“用药指标跟踪记录表”中 ,统计分析。结果 :各级医疗单位在确认处方、调配、用药等各合理用药环节中尚存在一定的问题 ,应引起重视。结论 :可通过合理用药指标的调研 ,寻找在教育培训上、管理上、规章制度上有效的干预办法 ,提高合理用药水平更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate and improve the levels of drug rational utilization and provide decisive basis for the management of pharmaceutical departments,a tracking investigation was made in hospitals and clinics of Lanzhou Command of PLA.Methods: The investigation method of rational utilization of drugs drafted by WHO was applied. The information from 50-100 patients in each hospital or clinic was recorded in a form of "tracking investigation of drug utilization", statistical analysis was made. Results:There were some problems related to the examination and preparation of prescription and drugs utilization in hospitals and clinics.Conclusion: A rational drug utilization is dependent on improvement of pharmaceutical knowledge training, scientific management of pharmaceutical departments.更多还原
