【摘要】 基于Delphi开发了一套网络版的科研信息管理系统(SRIMS),可以实现科研信息的快速查询和检索、科研信息的系统管理和科研项目的模糊综合评价等功能,具有一定的实际意义和应用价值.该系统功能齐全、界面友好、使用方便.

【Abstract】 A network version Scientific Research Information Management System (SRIMS) using Delphi was developed. The functions of this system are quickly querying scientific research information, managing scientific research information, evaluating scientific research items using fuzzy method, etc. The system has the values of practical meaning and application. Its advantages are full function, friendly interface and easy use.
