【Abstract】 A survey of historical events of science and technology showed that the Journal of Northwestern Learning,predecessor of the Journal of Northwest University, was one of the top journals ever published by Northwest University in the 1940s of the 20th century. A discussion has been made on its content and main purpose. The journal dealt with a wide scope of issues concerning the the Northwest of China, such as northwestern culture of national defence, academic thought,geography and physics in northwestern China as well as academic researches and activities of the related scholars. It was also distinguished for its regional features of Northwest University.更多还原
