【摘要】 建国后,得益于我国推行的国家工业化政策,西部工业化取得了巨大成就;改革开放后,由于国家投资体制变革,东部地区出现了以"珠江三角洲模式"、"苏南模式"和"温州模式"为代表的多种工业化模式及相应的资本积累模式,而西部却遇到了资本积累的瓶颈,工业化进程减缓,致使东西部差距拉大;只有多途径、多方式筹集资金,切实解决西部工业化的资本供给问题,加速西部工业化进程,才能确保全面建设小康社会目标的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the People′s Republic of China was founded,great achievements,thanks to the national industrialization policy,have been made in western China′s industrialization. Since the reform and opening up,eastern China,owing to the reform of national investment system,we have had various industrialization modes with "The Pearl River Delta Mode","South Jiangsu Mode" and "Wenzhou Mode" as representatives of corresponding capital accumulation modes,but at the same time,western China has been facing the bottleneck of capital accumulation and the process of industrialization has been slow,thus widening the eastwest gap.Therefore,to realize the goal of building a welloff society,the capital supply of western China′s industrialization must be guaranteed and the process of western industrialization must be sped up.更多还原
