【Abstract】 Local financial policy is one of main measures of local government′s adjusting and controlling regional economy and speeding up local economy.Based on this, the paper has taken comparative study and policy analysis on local financial policy′s making and executing of Shaanxi and Shandong provinces from 1980s. In the end,some suggestions about how to use financial policy have been advanced for Shaanxi economic development in western development.更多还原
