【摘要】 目的　探讨上皮钙粘附分子 (epithelialcadherin ,E cad)在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法　应用免疫组化SP法检测 5 7例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中E cad的表达。结果　①E cad在膀胱癌中异常表达与膀胱癌的病理分级、临床分期及预后呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ;②E cad在膀胱癌中的异常表达与膀胱癌的复发呈负相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　E cad表达可作为判断膀胱癌恶性程度及预后和复发的生物学指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of E-cadherin protein in transitional cell cancer of bladder and its significance.Methods E-cadherin was detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 57 cases of bladder cancer and 7 cases of normal bladder tissues.Results Abnormal expression frequency of E-cadherin in G 3 group, invasive group were higher than that in G 1/G 2 group and superficial group (P<0.05). The frequency in recurrence group was lower than that in non-recurrence group (P<0.01). The 3-year overall survival rate of patients with normal E-cadherin expression was significantly higher than for patients with aberrant expression (P< 0.01).Conclusion These results suggest that E-cadherin expression can serve as a recurrence and prognostic indicator for bladder cancer.更多还原
