软骨细胞-骨基质明胶复合物修复兔关节软骨缺损的初步观察
The primary study on the repair of rabbit articular cartilage defects by the complex of chondrocyte-bone matrix gelatin
【摘要】 目的 初步观察骨基质明胶 (bonematrixgelatin ,BMG)复合软骨细胞移植修复关节软骨缺损的可行性。方法 BMG复合软骨细胞体外培养 ,并将培养复合物植入同种异体兔膝关节软骨缺损处 ,术后行大体及组织学观察。结果 BMG复合软骨细胞体外培养后能形成软骨组织 ,此“工程软骨”植入兔膝关节软骨缺损处能继续生长发育。结论 BMG复合软骨细胞体外培养及体内移植均能形成软骨组织 ,有可能修复关节软骨缺损
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the feasibility of BMG engineered with chondrocyte transplantation for the repair of articular cartilage defects. Methods Chondrocytes were seeded onto BMG and cultured in vitro, then the complex was implanted into cartilage defects made on rabbit knee joints. The rabbits were killed at different intervals after operation. Results BMG engineered with chondrocyte transplantation, the engineered "cartilage" grafted into the cartilage defects of knee of rabbits developed gradually. Conclusion Cartilage tissue can be formed by chondrocyte cultured in vitro or implanted in vivo. Articular cartilage defects may be repaired by BMG engineered chondrocytes.
