【摘要】 目的　探讨通过冷激发 (冷加压 )试验前后描记末梢动脉血流图这一无创性检测来评估血管内皮细胞的功能。方法　检测 3 7例冠心病患者 (试验组 )与 2 6例健康成人 (对照组 )的血中内皮素 (ET)、一氧化氮 (NO) ,同时做冷激发试验并描记末梢动脉血流图。结果　试验组ET高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,NO低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;两组冷激发前末梢动脉血流波幅无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,试验组冷激发后末梢动脉血流波幅低于冷激发前 (P <0 .0 0 1)。而对照组冷激发后波幅高于冷激发前 (P <0 .0 0 1)。两组血管反应指数 (冷激发后波幅 /冷激发前波幅 )相比有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。并且试验组弹性波低、诱发痉挛波例数明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　冠心病外周末梢动脉也存在内皮功能不全 ,冷激发试验前后末梢动脉血流图的测定可无创性地评估血管内皮细胞功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the function of the vas endothelium cell by the peripheral artery blood stream drawing before and after the cold pressor test.Methods Thirty-seven patients with coronary heart disease ( experimental group)and 26 healthy people (control group)were examined for endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO), and took cold pressor test at the same time. Results ET of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.01), but NO was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The peripheral artery blood stream drawing of the two groups had nor distinct differences before the test (P>0.05). The amplitude of the experimental group after the cold pressor test was lower than before the cold pressor test(P<0.001). It was reversed in the control group (P<0.001). The blood vessel reaction index of the two groups after and before cold pressor test had distinct differences (P<0.01 ). And the elasticity wave of the experimental group was lower, the count of inducible fit wave was more than that of control group (P<0.001). Conclusion The function of the vas endothelium cell is uncomplete in the peripheral artery of patients with coronary heart disease. The cold pressor test of the peripheral artery blood stream drawing can be used to evaluate the function of the vas endothelium cell without ravage.更多还原
