【Abstract】 In order to satisfy its strategic needs for hegemony in the world, the USA has been attaching great significance to the study of creativity theory and training of creative talents. An overall education reform has been carried out to improve the existing teaching modes with a penetration of the training mechanism for creativity and innovation. Thus, the American schools and educational institutions at various levels have become the base for the efficient training of creative talents.更多还原
