【Abstract】 The author points out that the current distribution systems is disjointed with the discipline echelon construction, divorced from the labour price in the market and separated with the reforming of the system of personnel placement. It is suggested that the theory of encouragement be used to set up posts according to disciplines and implement the post salary system, assessment system combined with the ideas of "distribution according to work" and "better pay for better work" built and labour prices on campus in line with the social market established.更多还原
