【摘要】 笔者通过文献研究,从我国现行的中小学体育教育资金的投入方式和教学基础因素出发,分析造成西北偏穷地区在中小学体育教师的合理配置、体育教育效果、场地器材、体育健康知识的获得等的偏差,结果表明西北地区中小学体育教育发展的非均衡因素不利于西北中小学体育教育的发展和义务教育的实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the method of documentary the author analyses that the phenomenon of non-equilibration developing in physical education is created by several factors, which are configuration of the physical educator,the effect of physical education and physical areas, the physical equipment, the acquitting of health knowledge. The result showed that the non-equilibration has not been profitable for physical education developing of the middle school and primary school in China.更多还原
