西北地区奥运战略思考
Olympic Strategic Thinking of Northwest Regions
【摘要】 运用文献资料法、专家座谈等方法 ,对西北 5省区竞技体育发展战略进行了研究。笔者认为 :西北地区竞技体育随着经济的快速增长而发展 ,短中期内西北地区竞技体育尚难改变位次 ;其发展战略的指导思想是“抓好基础 ,突出重点 ,储备力量 ,迎接挑战” ;其战略目标是“巩固中求发展 ,放眼奥运做贡献”。
【Abstract】 By the way of the document-material-method and specialists symposium We have a research to the developmental strategy of athletic sports of northwest 5 provinces and regions.We consider the development of northwest athletic sports is keeping pace with the rapid economic growth,in short and middle term it is difficult to change its place.The guiding thinking of its developmental strategy is to "grasp fundaments,stress emphasis,store strength and meet challenge".Its strategic aim is "developing lies in consolidation,contributing for Olympic Games".
