低渗地层堵塞特征及解堵技术研究

【摘要】 通过分析陇东低渗透油田地层堵塞的特征,提出不同的解堵技术,并取得了良好的现场效果.生产时间较短的油井堵塞物以有机物为主,蜡质、胶质、沥青的含量占70%~90%,而生产时间较长的油井堵塞物有机物和无机物并存,其中酸不溶物占23.8%,垢物的主要成分有CaCO3,CaSO4,BaSO4和SiO2,堵塞主要集中在近井带3~5m内;而水井以铁盐、亚铁盐和细菌以及由水敏、速敏造成的堵塞为主,并且堵塞半径达到5m以上.针对不同井况的堵塞特征,采用不同解堵配方体系、物理化学的复合解堵方式及压裂解堵工艺,并在现场取得了良好的施工效果.

【Abstract】 The characteristics of the plugging of low permeability reservoir in Longdong oilfield are analyzed. The analysis result shows that, the plugging substances of the oil wells with shorter production time is mainly organic matter, and wax, colloid and asphalt amount to 70%~90%; those of the oil wells with longer production time are both organics and inorganics, the reservoir scale is mainly composed of CaCO 3, CaSO 4, BaSO 4 and SiO 2, acid insoluble matter amounts to 23.8% in them, the plugging substances are mainly 3~5 m near wells; the plugging of water wells is caused mainly by molysites, ferrous molysites, bacteria, water sensitivity and velocity sensitivity, plugging radius amounts to above 5 m. Different plug removing formulation systems and plug removing technologies are applied to different wells, and good results are achieved.
