多脉冲高能气体压裂-二氧化氯复合解堵技术研究
Combination plug-removing technology of multi-pulse high-energy gas fracturing with ClO2 treatment liquid
【摘要】 对多脉冲高能气体压裂—二氧化氯复合解堵的作用机理进行了研究 ,该技术是在多脉冲高能气体压裂产生多条裂缝的同时 ,用二氧化氯解堵剂进一步解除因压裂液、碳酸钙和硫化亚铁等酸溶性垢、铁细菌、硫酸盐还原菌的代谢产物等对地层的堵塞 ,以达到最大限度地增强油气层导流能力 .现场试验表明这项油层改造技术对提高油气井的产量是可行的
【Abstract】 Some fractures are produced near wellbore zone by multi pulse high energy gas fracturing, and they link up with natural fractures. At the same time as fracturing or after fracturing, ClO 2 treatment liquid is squeezed into formation to remove the organic matter, inorganic matter and bacteria in oil reservoir, so the permeability of the oil reservoir is improved. This treatment technology of oil reservoir gives full play of both high energy gas fracturing and ClO 2 treatment. It was applied to 5 wells in Shanbei oilfield in 2000, and the results show that this technology can effectively remove the pollution of fracturing fluid, dirt and bacteria to oil reservoir near wellbore zone.
