电站锅炉炉膛性能设计方法优化研究
Optimization to Power Boiler Furnace Performance Design Method
【摘要】 采用数理统计分析、参量分析优选及数据回归处理方法,对国内36个电站运行状况良好的大容量燃煤锅炉的运行数据进行了研究,分别给出了炉膛截面热负荷与锅炉最大连续蒸发量、煤质特性综合判别指数之间,炉膛燃烧器区壁面热负荷与燃料干燥无灰基挥发分、燃煤结渣特性综合判别指数之间的关系,系统地建立了炉膛截面热负荷及炉膛燃烧器区壁面热负荷计算方法.该方法弥补了我国现用性能设计方法中,没有炉膛截面热负荷及炉膛燃烧器区壁面热负荷计算公式的不足.实际应用表明,所建立的方法明显提高了电站锅炉的性能设计精度,优化了我国现用的电站锅炉炉膛性能设计方法.
【Abstract】 A new method to power boiler furnace performance design is developed. The new method is based on statistic data analysis, parametric analysis and data regress for large number of operation parameters from 36 well running coalfired power boilers in China.The relations among furnace crosssection heat flux, the boiler maximum continuous rating and the comprehensive judging index of coal property as well as the relations among furnace burner zones heat flux, the fuel volatile matter of dry ashfree basis and the judging index of coal caking property are constructed. The practically applied cases show that the new method facilitates improving the performance design precision of boilers and optimizing the design method currently used in China.
