高功率端面泵浦Nd∶YVO4/LBO绿光激光器的研究
Research of High Power End-Pumped Nd∶YVO4/LBO Green Laser
【摘要】 为了减少单端高功率泵浦造成的增益介质吸收不均匀性,采用双端泵浦折叠腔结构.折叠腔的模参数调整灵活以及腔内有效空间大,腔内倍频可以降低阈值,提高了全固态激光器对于泵浦光的利用率.对端面泵浦钒酸钇与三硼酸锂构成的四镜Z型腔结构进行了理论研究,分析了Z型折叠腔产生像散的各种因素,合理地优化了腔的各个参数关系,并且在实践中采用三硼酸锂晶体Ⅰ类角度调节相位匹配,在抽运光功率为25W时,成功地获得了3 3W的稳定绿光输出,光-光转换效率达到了14 3%.
【Abstract】 To reduce the absorbing nonhomogeneration of the gain medium in a singleend high power pump, a double endpumped fold cavity structure is applied. This fold cavity has many advantages, such as flexibly adjustable module parameters, large effective resonant space, low pump power threshold at intracavity double frequency, and high utilizing efficiency of pump power. The fourmirror Zcavity structure by double endpumped neodymium yttrium vanadate/lithium triborate is theoretically researched. All kinds of potential reason to produce astignatism of Zcavity are analyzed, and the Zcavity parameters are rationally optimized. The resonant is not sensitive to laser medium’s thermal lens. In practice, by using Ⅰtype angle tuningphasematch of lithium triborate, at 25 W pump power, 33 W of continuous output at 532 nm is obtained. The opticaloptical conversion efficiency of this allsolidstate laser reaches 143%.
