由给定尺度函数构造短支撑正交多小波的一种算法
Algorithm of Construction for Orthogonal Multiwavelets with Short Supports from a Given Multiscaling Function
【摘要】 给出一种计算简便的构造正交多小波的新方法,这种正交多小波是由给定的具有4系数的紧支撑正交多尺度函数构造出来的,并且给出与之对应的短支撑正交多小波存在的充分必要条件,然后得到具体的构造算法.其构造过程仅需矩阵的正交扩充和求解方程组.数值算例说明所给方法简单可行.
【Abstract】 A new method for constructing associated multiwavelets from a given compactly supported multiscaling function with 4 coefficients is presented which is simple for computation. The necessary and sufficent conditions for the existence of orthogonal multiwavelets with short supports are given first, and then a concrete construction algorithm is presented. The procedure is only equivalent to the orthogonal extension of the matrix and solution of a set of equations. A constructing example is given to illustrate the simplicity and implementation of the proposed method.
