【摘要】 通过对一种新型的具有部分内压缩的转子压缩机———复合轮齿压缩机的指示图测试,录取了该机在压缩、压力均衡及排气早期工作腔内的动态压力变化.从动态压力的变化曲线可以发现,高低压气体的压力均衡过程及腔内气体在背压下压力升高的过程都是等容过程,其中腔内气体在背压下压力升高的过程中气体从背压腔向工作腔中倒流.实验结果与理论分析相符.实验结果表明,等容压缩和等容膨胀是具有部分内压缩的转子压缩机的特征.更多还原

【Abstract】 The composite geartype compressor is a new type of rotary compressor with partail builtin compressing process. The pressurebalance process in which the gas with high pressure mixed with the gas with low pressure exists inherently in its thermodynamic process. The dynamic pressure in the working cell is measured by properly locating the transducer. From the variety of dynamic pressure tested, it is found that the pressurebalance process and the pressureraising process in which the gas of discharge pressure flows rapidly into the working cell is isometric process. Experimental results demonstrate that isometric process is characteristic of rotary compressor with partail builtin compressing process.更多还原
