负载型纳米TiO2光催化降解粒子元青染料废水
Immobilization of nanometer TiO2 to degrade LZYQ dye waste water by photocatalysis
【摘要】 以高压汞灯为光源 ,纳米 Ti O2 为催化剂 ,以砂子为载体 ,对粒子元青染料进行光催化降解 ,并且讨论了初始 p H值、H2 O2 用量等因素对光催化反应的影响。结果表明 ,锐钛型 Ti O2 对粒子元青有显著的光降解作用。实验得出的较好工艺条件为 :溶液 p H值为 6.3,H2 O2 添加量为 8m L,催化剂 Ti O2 用量为 1 .5 g。
【Abstract】 The photocatalysis degradation and oxidation of LZYQ dye waste water were studied under high pressure mercury lamp.The relation between the photo degradation and some factors was undertake,such as initial pH of dye waste water,volume of H 2O 2 solution etc.The results show that LZYQ waste water is remarkably photolized under the conditions of the experiment.The better photocatalytic reaction conditions are:pH=6 3,V 30%H 2O 2 =8 mL,M TiO 2 =1 5 g.
