【摘要】 正义感作为人的一种高级道德情感,主要是指社会成员参与政治、经济生活的一种特殊能力。从指向来看,正义感既表现为社会成员对生活于其中的社会制度的评价与态度,又表现为社会成员对正义行为与非正义行为的评价与态度;从承担主体来看,正义感有个体正义感和社会正义感之分。正处于社会转型期的当代中国,其社会成员的正义感水平在呈下降趋势。强化个体正义感,形成强大的社会正义感氛围,不仅有利于个人实现自我肯定、自我完善,获得更多的道德自由,而且有利于团结他人、维护正义原则、实现社会公正,促进社会稳定有序的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a senior sense of morality, sense of justice is chiefly a special ability of the social members participating in the social life of politics and economy. According to its direction,at first it shows the social members’ judgment and attitude about social institutions that they live in,and it also shows the social members’ judgement and attitude about the just behaviors and unjust behaviors. Divided by the subject of undertaking the morality, sense of justice has the individual sense of justice and the social sense of justice. Contemporary China is in the time of society transition, and the level of the social members’ sense of justice is appearing a descending trend. That intensifying the individual sense of justice and forming the strong atmosphere of social sense of justice is not only favorable for the individual realizing, self-affirmation, self-improvement and getting more freedom, promoting the virtue and personality of justice, but also for solidifying other people, defending the principle of justice, justice of society and promoting the development on the stable and ordered direction.更多还原
