【摘要】 国内外关于人力资本理论的论述大多着眼于其积极性方面 ,对其负效应关注较少 ,研究尚不深入 ,因而成为该研究领域的一个重大理论空白。腐败行为滋生和蔓延依赖的三个主要条件是 :腐败机会的存在、腐败动机得不到约束及腐败受惩罚的危险性低。人力资本在腐败滋生及蔓延过程中产生的负效应也主要通过这三个方面表现出来更多还原

【Abstract】 The study of the theory of human capital both at home and abroad mainly centers on its positive effect rather than on its negative one, leaving much room of improvement in the study of the important theory. The conditions producing and spreading corruption are chances of corruption, motivations of corruption and the risks of being punished.The negative effect of human capital in corruption is reflected by the three above conditions.更多还原
