【摘要】 目的:探讨降脂中药对爪蟾卵母细胞存活率的影响。方法:用含降脂中药的培养液培养爪蟾卵母细胞,以孕酮成熟实验计算细胞的存活率。结果:用药组的存活率达到90％的培养液浓度为:山楂酸提物0.025mg/ml,川芎嗪0.4mg/ml,姜黄醇提物6.45×10^-3mg/ml。结论:姜黄醇提物、山楂醇提物、川芎嗪等降脂中药可在上述用药浓度范围内培养爪蟾卵母细胞。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the influence of Chinese traditional medicines depressed lipid on the livahility of Xenopus oocyte. Methods: Xenopus oocyte was cultivated in the culture fluids containing Chinese traditional medicines and the livabilily of Xenopus oocyte was calculated under the test of its maturity with progesterone. Results: Concentrations of the culture fluids of the group in which the livability reached 90% by using Chinese traditional medicines are: 0.025 mg/ ml (alcohol extract of hawthorn), 0.4 mg/ml (rhizome of Sichuan lovage), and 6.45 × 10-3(alcohol extract of curcum-a). Conclusion: Chinese traditional medicines depressed lipid, such as hawthorn, rhizome of Sichuan lovage and curcuma can cultivate Xenopus oocyte with the concentrations mentioned-above.更多还原
