【摘要】 目的 :探讨术前应用磁共振成像 (MRI)对胃癌原发灶的诊断价值。方法 :采用单次屏气快速MRI扫描序列 ,对 2 0例进展期胃癌患者进行扫描 ,根据手术、病理、胃镜结果对MRI表现进行分析。结果 :进展期胃癌检出率达 10 0 % ,胃癌在T1WI上呈等信号或稍低信号 ,T2 WI上呈低信号。结论 :进展期胃癌在MRI上的表现具有特征性。MRI是一项有价值的胃癌检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of preoperative MRI for the primary mass of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:MRI using single breath holding fast scan sequence was performed in 20 patients with advanced gastric cancer. Compared with surgery, pathology, gastroscopy, the MRI findings were analyzed. Results:The detecting rate of advanced gastric cancer was 100%. The tumors showed iso intensity or little hypo intensity signal on T 1WI, and showed hypo intensity signal on T 2WI.Conclusion:Gastric carcinoma shows characteristic MRI pictures. MRI could provide valuable information in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.更多还原
