【Abstract】 There are two mighty civilizations throughout Sun Yirang’s successful life, which are traditional Chinese civilization and western modern civilization. His high attainments by the former civilization made him an outstanding traditional scholar; while his extensively learning the latter led him shake off some feudal thoughts to be a progressive intellectual.Western modern civilization renewed his ideology and expanded his social practice.更多还原
