聚苯胺/聚乙烯磺酸盐复合修饰铂微电极对抗坏血酸的电催化
Electrocatalysis Studies of Ascorbic Acid at Platinum Microelectrode Modified with Polyaniline/Polyvinylsulfonate Composite Film
【摘要】 报道了聚苯胺/聚乙烯磺酸盐复合修饰微电极的制备方法及其在中性缓冲溶液中对抗坏血酸的电催化效应,该膜电极性能稳定,对抗坏血酸的电催化效果好,在抗坏血酸浓度为1.0×10-6~5×10-3 mol·L-1范围内,催化电流与AH2的浓度具有良好的线性关系。
【Abstract】 A polyaniline/polyvinylsulfonate (PAn/PVS) composite film modified microelectrode was prepared by electrochemical polymerization in acidic aniline solut ion containing polyvinylsulfonate. The electrocatalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid was further examined. The experiment results show that the PAn/PVS composite modified electrode has good electrocatalytic activity on the oxidation of ascorbic acid in neutral buffered solution. The catalytic currents are proportional to the concentrations of ascorbic acid in the range of 10 6-5×10-3 mol·L-1.
