【Abstract】 A RP-HPLC method is developed for the determination of chlorogenic acid in oral honeysuckle. The reverse phase system consists of a Diamonsil silica getting column(200×4 6mm,5μm), a mobile phase of acetonitrile-phosphoric acid solution(10:90),and a detection wavelength at 327nm.The average recovery is 99 87% and RSD=0 3%.更多还原
