经口给予低剂量硝酸镧对大鼠肾脏自由基防御机能的影响
Effects of low dosage Lanthanum nitrate on the defence function of free radical in rats kidney
【摘要】 探讨低剂量硝酸镧的抗氧化作用。方法 :采用肾组织匀浆生化测定法 ,观察不同剂量硝酸镧灌胃 1个月后 ,大鼠肾组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、脂质过氧化物 (LPO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)含量的变化。结果 :雌性、雄性大鼠 2 0 0、10 0mg/kg组Cu—ZnSOD和CAT的含量均较对照组明显降低 ;而GSH—Px和LPO的含量均较对照组显著升高。雌性、雄性大鼠 0 1、0 2、2 0mg/kg组Cu—ZnSOD、CAT、GSH—Px和LPO的含量与对照组无显著性差异。结论 :较高剂量 ( 2 0 0、10 0mg/kg)的硝酸镧的直接损伤可使大鼠肾脏脂质过氧化反应增强 ,清除自由基的能力下降。较低剂量 ( 0 1、0 2、2 0mg/kg)的硝酸镧对大鼠肾脏自由基的生成和清除无影响
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate antioxidation effect of low dosage Lanthanum nitrate.Methods:The activities of Cu-ZnSOD?CAT?LPO?and GSH-Px in the rat kidney were studied by means of biochemical measure after rat were given different doses of La-(NO 3) 3 for 1 month respectively.Results:The levels of Cu-ZnSOD and CAT in the 10.0 and 20.0 mg/kg of having taken La-(NO 3) 3 for 1 month were reduced,but the levels of LPO and GSH-Px were increased.The levels of Cu-ZnSOD?CAT?GSH-Px and LPO didn’t obvious diffference in the group of 0.1?0.2 and 2.0 mg/kg La(NO 3) 3 compared with the control.Conclusion:The changing about Cu-ZnSOD?CAT?GSH-Px and LPO may be related to the dosages.
