石蒜科6属6种植物叶表皮的初步比较研究
A Primary Comparative Study on Leaf Epidermis of 6 Species in 6 Genera of Family Amaryllidaceae
【摘要】 对石蒜科 (Amaryllidaceae)中石蒜属 (LycorisHerb) ,朱顶红属 (HippeastrumHerb) ,文殊兰属(Crinum ,L) ,龙舌兰属 (AgareL) ,网球花属 (HaemanthusL) ,和君子兰属 (CliviaLindl) 6属共 6种植物的叶表皮结构在光学显微镜下进行了观察与比较研究。结果表明 :石蒜科表皮细胞形状多数为长矩形 ,椭圆形或近圆形 ,无副卫细胞 ,但表皮细胞形状 ,大小以及气孔器分布密度在种属间存在一定的差异 ,可以作为鉴定该植物种及属的性状之一 ,同时也为石蒜科植物的系统演化提供了实验依据。
【Abstract】 The structure of leaf epidermis of 6 species, representing 6 genera of the family Amaryllidaceae, they are Lycoris Herb, Hippenstrum Herb, crinum L, Agare L, Haemanthus L and Clivia Lindl, was examined by Light Microscope and studied comparatively. The result reveals that the shape of most Amaryllidaceae epidermis cells are long rectangular, elliptic or nearly circular, they have no accessory cells. But there are some differences between species and genera on the shape and the scale of epidermis cells and on the distribution density of the stomata apparatus. These differences not only can be taken as one character to identify the species and genera of the plant, but also can supply some useful experimental proofs for the systematic evolution of the plants in Amaryllidaceae.
