【摘要】 为了系统地研究玉米须中的活性成分,寻找其临床疗效的依据,试验采用气相色谱 质谱(GC MS)联用技术对玉米须中的有机酸组成及含量进行了分析.结果表明:玉米须中的有机酸主要有甲酸、乙酸、乳酸、丁二酸、软脂酸、硬脂酸、山萮酸、油酸和亚油酸,其质量分数分别为4.26%,4.35%,4.21%,0.51%,31.16%,13.32%,9.41%,7.82%和17.31%.更多还原

【Abstract】 The aim of this paper is to study active constituents in corn silk and to investigate the possibility of using those active compositions to cure desease.The organic acids in corn silk were analyzed by GC-MS. Experiment results showed that the organic acids in corn silk are mainly formic acid, acetic acid, lactic acid, succinic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, behenic acid, oleic acid and linoleic acid. Their relative peaks areas are (4.26%),4.35%,4.21%,0.51%,31.16%,(13.32%),9.41%,7.82% and 17.31%,respectively.更多还原
