V和C双注入钢纳米结构和抗磨损特性
Nano Structure and Tribological Performance of V+C Dual Implanted Steel
【摘要】 介绍了V+C双重离子注入钢的合成纳米结构、相变和抗磨损机制。研究表明,V+C离子注入可使H13钢表面的硬度提高70%,摩擦系数下降52%,适合于工业应用。探索了改善H13钢表面摩擦学特性的新方法和途径,并探索了工业化应用前景。
【Abstract】 The nanostructure,phase change and mechanism of abrasion resistance of the V+C dual implanted steel are described.It is showed that the surface hardness of V+C dual implanted H13 steel improved by 70% and its friction coefficient reduced by 52%,which are suitable for the industrial application. The new measures for improving the tribology performances of the H13 steel surface and their future industrialization applications are also researched.
