大鼠脑血管周围组织通道的功能研究

【摘要】 目的 :探讨脑血管周围组织通道的功能。方法 :将大分子量的FITC标记的白蛋白(FA) ,及分子量相对较小的FITC标记右旋糖酐 (FD)分别定位注射入大鼠脑内 ,一定时间后通过示踪剂与血管同时显影的方法观察注入的荧光物质在脑内的分布情况及其与组织结构间的关系。结果 :注入FA、FD之后均可见微血管周围广泛分布荧光浓集细胞 (Mato细胞 ) ;FD在脑内扩散速度大于FA ;FA注入后还出现血管周围荧光浓集影像 ,并沿血管通向远处 ,在皮质者通向脑表面 ,在白质者通向脑腹侧颅底血管 ,速度与距离均大于简单扩散。结论 :脑血管周围组织通道与细胞间组织通道相比 ,具有物质传递优势 ;具有与淋巴管类似的功能 ,在大分子物质的传递引流方面具有重要作用 ;它与Mato细胞共同参与脑内免疫

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the function of cerebral perivascular tissue channel.Method: FITC labeled albumin(FA) with large molecular weight(MW) and FITC labeled dextran(FD) with relatively small MW were microinjected into rat brain;and their diffusion was observed comparing with tissue structure 5 hours later,by visualizing the tracer and vessels at the same time.Results: After injection of both tracer,widespread cells concentrated fluorescence tracer(Mato cell) were observed around microvessels;diffusion velocity of FD was higher than FA;Fluorescence was concentrated around vessels after injection of FA,and it was leaded to far from the injection site:from cortex to surface,from white matter to ventral vessels,its velocity and distance exceeded that of simple diffusion.Conclusion: Cerebral perivascular tissue channel has dominance in substance transference comparing with intercellular tissue channel;it has the function similar to lymph vessel,witch play important role in the transmission and drainage of substance with large MW,and participate in cerebral immune activity together with Mato cells.
