多道伽马能谱仪中的特征峰稳谱技术
A NEW SPECTRUM STABILIZATION TECHNIQUE IN PORTABLE γ-RAY SPECTROMETRY
【摘要】 介绍一种用于微机多道伽马能谱仪的稳谱装置及稳谱方法 ,该装置采用新型非易失性数字电位器、89C5 2控制器等大规模集成电路 ,具有集成度高、功耗低、可靠性高等优点。文中详细介绍了有关软硬件、稳谱方法及实际应用效果。试验结果表明 ,对 10 2 4道微机伽马能谱仪在 - 5~ 45℃的工作环境下 ,其特征峰漂移≤± 1道。
【Abstract】 This paper describes a new spectrum stabilization method and the spectrum stabilization circuit in portable γ-ray spectrometer based on a non-volatile IC. The principle of the spectrum stabilization circuit is analyzed, and the application of the X9119 non-volatile IC is briefly discussed. The new hardware and software designing of spectrum stabilization circuit is also given in detail.
