【Abstract】 Basketball new regulations requires the penalty to be more accurate and fair in order to make the basketball matches more exciting and attacting. In basketball matches,there are frequently body contacts of the players of the two sides. Some contacts are penalized while some are considered to be parts of the matches and are not penalized.
