【Abstract】 Innovation of skills and tactics is the life of sports,which displays achievements of the sports workers intelligence and efforts. A perfect protecting and stimulating mechanism of sports science and technology can quicken the development of sports. In this paper,the characteristics of procedures,forms and intellectual achievements of the innovation are studied. It is found that the innovation should be protected according to property rights. It is suggested that the innovators should be entitled to nonpatent rights.更多还原
