磁通已知条件下的电机铁心涡流损耗有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of Eddy Current Losses in Motor Cores with Known Magnetic Flux
【摘要】 基于电机铁心冲片的特点,建立起有限元分析的数学模型,应用了一种在已知磁通条件下的有限元分析方法,在多种磁通频率下进行了冲片涡流损耗的计算,与通用公式解的计算结果相比较,验证了本文有限元算法的正确性;同时列出证据并经过分析,提出了公式解的参考适用范围。文章的研究成果对实际工程中电机铁耗计算有一定的实用价值。
【Abstract】 In this paper, based on the peculiarity of the core plate of motor, the mathematical model for FEA is constructed. A method of FEA with known magnetic flux is applied to calculate eddy current losses in the cases of multiple frequencies of magnetic flux, and proves to be correct by means of comparing its results to those made out with the conventional formula. The paper, at the same time, proposes the applicable scope for the conventional formula by analyzing the presented evidence. The study in this paper is of some utility value in calculating iron losses of motor cores in actual engineering.
