考虑磁路饱和的永磁式同步电机计算
The Calculation of the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Considering Magnetic Saturation
【摘要】 介绍一种考虑到磁路饱和的永磁同步电机转矩和电抗的计算方法。该方法利用有限元法对二维磁场进行数值解析 ,并给出包含正交磁化现象影响的d、q轴方程式。通过改变转子的位置计算永磁同步电动机的转矩和电抗 ,给出了转矩和电抗随转子位置变化规律的曲线。实验结果验证了其计算方法的正确性。
【Abstract】 A mathod for calculating torque and reactance of a permanent magnet synchronous motor considering magnetic saturation are presented in this paper.The method analysis by means of FEM for two-dimensional numerical magnetic field and d?q-axes equations in which the effect of the cross-magnetizing phenomenon is included.The torque and reactance are calculated through changing position of rotor.Changing curves of torque and reactance in varying rotor position is given.The correctness of this algorthm is verified by experimental results.
