【Abstract】 Shanghai is facing three underlying problems in the health reform. First is that the relationship between government and market in the health sector is unclear, second is that the environment for the health settings , owners of all kinds to deliver medical care needs to be optimized, and third is that the system and mechanism of public hospitals needs to be improved. Targeting the above three problems, the paper proposes ideas and policy suggestions to deepen Shanghai health sector reform.更多还原
