【Abstract】 The new situation changing of economic system in rural China quickly increased the demand of health security system of the residents. The new health system must be established. The study utilized quantitative combine qualitative methods as a case of Wenxi county in Shanxi Province to analyze transformation of social structure and internal relation between transformation of social structure and health security system deeply.
