【摘要】 探讨中药五倍子提取液对铜绿假单胞菌R质粒的消除作用。对老年呼吸系统感染患者痰中分离的铜绿假单胞菌R质粒进行了检测 ,并选用中药五倍子提取液对该质粒进行了体外体内消除试验。结果可见 ,体外药物作用 2 4 ,4 8,72hR质粒消除率分别为 0 ,10 .2 % ,3.4 % ,SDS对照组分别为 0 ,0 .8% ,1.6 %。体内药物作用 2 4 ,4 8,72h ,R质粒消除率分别为 0 ,2 % ,13.6 % ,对照组均为 0。可见 ,中药五倍子提取液对铜绿假单胞菌R质粒在体外、体内均具有消除作用 ,体内消除作用强于体外。更多还原

【Abstract】 The test explored eliminating effect of Melaphis chinensis Baker on R plasmid from P.aeruginosa.Drug resistance plasmid from P.aeruginosa dissociated from phlegm in senile patients with respiratory tract infection was detected, eliminating effect of Melaphis chinensis Baker on R plasmid in vitro and in vivo was tested.The results showed that after the drug acted on P.aeruginosa 24h,48h and 72h respectively, eliminating rate of R plasmid was 0.2%,1.8%,0.6%. SDS control group was 0,0.8%,1.2%, respectively; 24h,48h, 72h in vivo, eliminating rate of R plasmid was 0,2.8%,4.1%, respectively. control group was 0.Melaphis chinensis Baker had strong function to eliminate R plasmid of P.aeruginosa in vivo and in vitro. eliminating effect was stronger in vivo than in vitro.;更多还原
