【摘要】 观察流感病毒膜蛋白 血凝素 (HA)和神经氨酸酶 (NA)在裂解剂CTAB作用下的裂解情况。流感病毒加入一定量的保护剂 ,一定时间后加入裂解剂CTAB ,在 5～ 8℃温度下 ,作用 2个h ,超速离心 ,提取上清液。经电镜观察、SDS PAGE电泳检测 ,表明流感病毒膜蛋白在裂解剂浓度为 4 0 0mg/L的条件下 ,裂解比较完全 ,形态比较完整。CTAB作为流感病毒膜蛋白的裂解剂 ,效果较好 ,浓度为 4 0 0mg/L可作为实际工作的使用浓度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study of CTAB as split agent to take away membrane proteins such as HA,NA from the whole influenza virus.Some protective solution was added in the influenza virus,at 4～8℃, and CTAB was added 2 hours late and got the supernant after centrifuge.By microscope and SDS-PAGE electrophoresis assay,we found that HA and NA could split from the membrane,and influenza virus could keep whole capsula.CTAB can be used as split agent with effect.The concentration of 400 mg/L CTAB will be recommended as practical concentration.;更多还原
