【Abstract】 A field workbox devised by us for microbiological gold searching was introdued.It could give a qualitative and quantitative detection to gold of soil samples,and show convenient, exact, prompt and sensitive capabilities.116 shares of soil samples were detected by the workbox.The results indicated that 106 shares showed positive, 9 shares showed negative and 1 share displayed gray region, which were identical with the results of chemical method.;更多还原
